Mission Statement of the Programme
The mission of the programme is to prepare research leaders in the field of chemistry by providing facilities to conduct, evaluate and report meaningful research under the supervision of a faculty mentor and add to the already existing scientific knowledge along with learning useful personal and technical skills needed to work independently as well as in a team.
Measurable Objectives of the Programme
- To develop necessary personal and technical skills required to become independent researchers and leaders in academia and industry.
- To produce individuals who are capable of making significant contributions in the existing scientific knowledge of chemistry.
- To enhance oral and written communication skills for sharing their research finding with technical conferences and esteemed science journals.
- To infuse understanding of professional, ethical and social responsibilities and ability to work within teams and in multi-disciplinary environments.
